**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To monitor that a quality system is established, documented and maintained as per IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- To report on the performance of the documented quality system to management for review and basis for improvement.
- To prepare Management Review Meetings points.
- To plan, and conduct the Process Audits, Poison Test, MSA, Calibration Activity and third party (NABL) inspection plan for raw material and chemical.
- To do follow-up audit activities
- To monitor corrective action relating to system non-conformities.
- To issue and control the documents relating to quality system
- To Co-ordinate purchase activities relating to instruments purchase.
- To ensure housekeeping on the shop floor
- Determine the necessary competence of persons doing work that affects the performance and effectiveness of quality management system.
- To identify the training needs of the personnel relating to quality department.
- Organize departmental review meetings.
- Ensure generation, execution and effectiveness of Flash Reports (Internal 8D)

**WORK AREA**:
QMS & EHS Documentation and Implementation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
