**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Responsible for handling compliance activities related to establishment compliance (Shop Act, CLRA Act & Trade License etc.)
- Validation of inputs received from client for various register, returns, challan preparation etc.
- Filing of returns/ preparation of challans as per applicable labour laws within statutory due dates
- Preparation of registers under all the applicable labour laws
- Preparation of display and abstracts under applicable laws
- Handling various internal and external audits queries of clients
- Notice and inspection handling
- Obtaining registrations/ licenses under applicable labour laws
- Act as the Point of Contact for the client to ensure smooth compliance delivery
- Conduct regular audits to ensure vendor compliance
- Brief knowledge of labour acts (shops and establishment act, minimum wage act, contract labour act, payment of wages act, maternity benefits act, apprenticeship act, payment of gratuity act, payment of bonus act, employee compensation act, employment exchange act, Equal remuneration act, POSH act, child labour act, profession tax act, Labour welfare act, ESIC, Employee Provident fund act, Person with Disabilities Act, Industrial dispute act, Industrial Employment standing order act)

**Qualification:

- **
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, or experienced in related field
- **2+ Experience Required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,953.26 - ₹32,974.96 per month
