**ION: Social Media Executive**

ION is a **new and emerging luxury perfume brand** redefining fragrances for the modern generation. Based in **Mumbai**, ION offers **high-quality, long-lasting perfumes** crafted to cater to the aspirations of today's **fearless and vibrant youth**.

**Role Description**

We are looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Executive** to join our team in **Mumbai**. This is a **full-time, on-site role** where you will **lead ION’s social media presence** by **creating (shooting & editing) and posting engaging content** in alignment with our marketing strategies. You will also **collaborate with influencers** to enhance brand visibility and build connections with our audience.

**Key ResponsibilitiesA. Content Creation & Editing**
- **Shoot photos and videos** of products and lifestyle content
- **Create and edit Instagram Reels, static posts, and stories** that are visually compelling and align with the brand's persona and tonality
- Design content to be **aesthetically pleasing and optimized for engagement**

**B. Social Media Management**
- Plan, **post, and schedule content** across various platforms to maintain a consistent online presence
- Monitor **trends and analytics** to improve performance and align strategies
- **Engage with the audience** by responding to comments, messages, and participating in trending conversations

**C. Influencer Collaborations**
- **Identify and collaborate with influencers** whose personas align with ION’s brand image
- **Manage influencer relationships**, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively

**D. Strategy Alignment & Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns
- **Plan the social media grid** for a visually appealing feed
- Sit with the **Graphic Designer** and provide creative direction for ad creatives and social media posts
- Brainstorm and implement **innovative ways to connect with the target audience**

**Qualifications**
- **Content creation and shooting skills** for social media (Must know how to use **Canva, CapCut, VN app**)
- Strong understanding of **luxury branding, social media trends, analytics, and platform optimization**:

- **Ability to shoot and direct creative content**:

- **Comfortable being in front of the camera** for Reels and content
- Excellent **communication and writing skills** for engaging with the audience
- Experience in **graphic designing, social media management, or a similar role** is required
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is a plus
