About Us:
At _Kent Homeopathy Clinic_, we specialise in Health through Homeopathy. As a growing clinic, we’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team and help us enhance our digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content (Reels, stories,Podcasts etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify and Linkedin)
- Coordinate with the medical team to create images ,Podcasts and videos for posts.
- Create Podcasts for YouTube and Spotify with basic recording equipment.Research and prepare content for each episode.
- Collaborate with the Doctor to plan and schedule podcast episodes.
- Editing expertise for reels.

2.Google SEO Experence:

- Analysing Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Create Ads for Google Ads
- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

3.Strategy & Planning:

- Create and implement a monthly content calendar tailored to target audiences.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to increase engagement and reach.

3. Track Social Media trends:

- Track trends in Social media in the space of Health and Wellness

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and engagement metrics.
- Generate monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

5. Ad Campaigns:

- Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns to drive quality leads.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Clinic team to align leads with inquiries.
- Partner with the team to brainstorm ideas for content and campaigns that reflect the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (preferably in Health and Wellness).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads,Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and YouTube, including algorithms and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Ability to organise recording of Podcasts.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for creating posts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and improve strategies.
- A passion for creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred:

- Experience with running and optimizing social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with Science,medical,Biology terminology is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
