**Role Summary**: We are looking for a skilled AR professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join the BHIVE group. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing the accounts’ receivable function. You should have attention to detail in invoicing, effective communication with customers, problem-solving skills, collaboration with multiple teams, adherence to regulations, and a commitment to continuous learning.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing is processed and resolve customer inquiries.
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices in line with agreements and
- Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, and uncollectible amounts are accounted for.
- Perform daily receipt management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, and posting of receipts to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on accounts receivable status and performance.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and GST laws related to accounts receivable management.
- Support other Accounts and Finance team members in keeping up the hygiene of books of accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CA inter preferred.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) working in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the coworking or real estate industry is a plus
