**Job Overview**

We are seeking an analytical and strategic Business Strategist to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance market positioning in the pharmaceutical sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute short
- and long-term business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Analyze industry trends and assess partnerships or growth opportunities.
- Create financial models and evaluate ROI of projects.
- Recommend process optimizations and collaborate with teams for implementation.
- Track performance through KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably in pharma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
