**Data Entry Specialist**

**2.** **Responsibilities**:
Ensure completeness and accuracy of data entry, paying attention to details such as names, addresses, contact details, etc.

Adhere to established data entry procedures and standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular checks to verify and maintain the accuracy of entered data.

Address and correct any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members to implement quality control measures.
- **Timeliness**:Meet established deadlines for data entry tasks.

Prioritize and organize workload to ensure efficient and timely completion of assignments.
- **Data Security**:Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information during the data entry process.

Follow company policies and procedures related to data protection.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary.

Communicate effectively regarding any issues or challenges related to data entry.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data entry processes.

Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements to streamline operations.

**3.** **Qualifications**:
12th or Graduation or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**4.** **Salary**:Rs.8,000 - Rs. 10,000 per month
