Key responsibilities of an Institute Admin:

- **Student Administration**:

- Maintaining student records, tracking attendance, and managing academic progress.
- Handling student inquiries, complaints, and disciplinary issues.
- Coordinating student events and activities.
- **Faculty Support**:

- Assisting faculty with course scheduling, room assignments, and teaching materials.
- Managing faculty leave requests and workload distribution.
- Coordinating faculty development initiatives and professional development opportunities.
- **Operational Management**:

- Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional learning environment.
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinating logistics for events and conferences.
- **Financial Management**:

- Tracking and managing departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Preparing financial reports for leadership.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Maintaining compliance with relevant educational regulations and accreditation standards.
- Preparing reports and data analysis on key institutional metrics.
