**Title: Telecaller**

Location: Kolkata

**Salary: 12000 per month +pf and esi**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Make outbound calls to potential and existing customer to book appointments_
- _Use scripts to set up an appointment_
- _Answer customer questions and provide information_
- _Record and update customer information in a database_
- _Stay up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings_

**Requirements**:

- _Excellent communication and persuasion skills_
- _Ability to handle objections and overcome objections_
- _Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment_
- _Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required_
