Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

Handling HVDC & FACTS spares for the Grid Technologies Services business which includes:

- Understanding of customer requirement and providing timely response
- Preparation of techno-commercial offer
- Order execution for spare parts business, follow up with vendors, addressing import shipments and ensuring timely
- delivery of materials to customer sites.
- Coordinate with necessary stakeholders viz. customers, HQ and internal partners for order acquisition as well as
- execution
- Aligning with Sales to discuss ongoing offers and develop new business opportunities
- Responsible to ensure all business KPI’s are achieved for the HVDC & FACTS spares business
- Attending customer meetings to discuss on various proposals, understanding their technical queries and suggesting
- possible solutions by aligning with field service teams
- Emergency site visits if need arises to provide solutions and resolve issues

- Experience of 8 - 10 years in HVDC/FACTS business
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowhow of the components of HVDC/FACTS
- Experience in costing and technical offer preparation
- Customer handling skills
- Experience in working at sites

Key Skills:

- Must be fluent in English
- Sharp communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders on solutions and clarifications
- An approach to support colleagues and always thinks win-win
- Growth Mindset
- Time management, quality oriented and good prioritization skills
