Our real estate company is seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our business by connecting with potential customers over the phone, promoting our real estate services, and generating leads. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in order to introduce our real estate services, generate leads, and set up appointments for our sales team.

2. Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate the benefits of our real estate offerings to prospective clients.

3. Build and maintain a database of potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Listen attentively to customers' needs and respond appropriately, providing relevant information about available properties, promotions, and special offers.

5. Address customer inquiries, resolve any concerns or objections, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights gained from customer interactions, assisting in refining our sales strategies.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to effectively articulate our unique value proposition to customers.

8. Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.

3. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections.

4. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
