**Job Title**: Customer Support Agent

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Shift Timing**: 10:00 am
- 7:00 pm IST (Rotational Weekly Offs)

**Working Days**: 6 days a week, including Sundays & public holidays

**Salary Range**: Up to ₹20,000/month

We are seeking a passionate Customer Relations Executive to ensure outstanding customer assistance and drive business through proactive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed product information, including usage, benefits, and ingredients.
- Address chat queries on social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Make abandoned cart and feedback calls to engage customers.
- Manage customer interactions on Facebook and Instagram.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing background/experience preferred.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using AI Tools, Google Docs & Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
