**Position Overview**:
The Share Market Executive is responsible for managing and executing investment strategies in the stock market. This role involves analysing market trends, making informed trading decisions, and managing portfolios to maximize returns for clients or the organization. The Share Market Executive must stay updated on financial news, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that impact the stock market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic data, and financial reports. Use technical and fundamental analysis to identify investment opportunities.

Trading Operations: Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other securities. Monitor trades to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Portfolio Management: Manage investment portfolios, balancing risk and reward to achieve financial goals. Regularly review and adjust portfolios based on market conditions.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance. Provide regular updates and advice on their investment portfolios.

Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with investments. Implement strategies to mitigate potential losses and protect client assets.

Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on trading activities, portfolio performance, and market conditions. Present findings and recommendations to clients or senior management.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market developments, new financial products, and investment strategies. Attend industry conferences and workshops.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock market trading, financial analysis, or a related field.

**Skills**:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.

Excellent understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
