Job Description

Your Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely within the team (Designer / Seniors) and marketing teams - to execute content production tasks that are aligned with the company’s brand identity.- Assist in creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including forms, marketing collaterals, and presentations.- Assist with photo retouching, infographics & Charts and other graphic elements as needed- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines- Revise designs based on feedback and make necessary improvements to meet project objectives- Become proficient in utilising web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)- A portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and a range of skills across different types of media- Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and other design tools- Basic understanding of design principles like typography, composition and color theory- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs- Excellent communication skills and demonstrates teamwork- Familiarity with Accessibility knowledge (WCAG Guidelines 2.0) is a plus but not required_- Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) and video editing software is a plus but not required._
