**Job Description** Team & Role**

**What you get to do in this role**:

- You will have the opportunity to develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work around the world.
- You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs.
- As part of a cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to present your ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals in a collaborative, supportive, working environment.

**Qualifications** Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.
- Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.
- A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.

**Basic Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
