Role & Responsibilities

**Mission of This Role**:
To lead and execute design across idea-stage and early stage startups. Translating early concepts into functional, user-centric products collaborating with studio team and founders. Set a high design standard, create scalable design systems, and ensure that every product we launch is both usable and delightful from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end design process for multiple early-stage products—from research and ideation to final UI and developer handoff.
- Collaborate closely with startup founders, product managers, and engineers to co-create product vision and strategy.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Emphasize building user experiences that are intuitive and liked/loved
- Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web
- Establish and maintain reusable design systems and visual guidelines
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Contribute to venture pitches and product storytelling through compelling visuals and prototypes
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience designing digital products, ideally in startups or fast-paced product teams.
- Formal education in design (e.g., B.Des, M.Des, or equivalent)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms.
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer, or similar.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in high-ambiguity, low-structure environments.

- Strong Product Design / UX UI Design Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 4+ years of hands-on experience designing digital products (UX/UI) across web and mobile platforms.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design execution—user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI work.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer, Principle, or similar.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have worked directly with product managers, engineers, and founders to shape product vision and strategy
- Mandatory (Company) - Product companies only (B2B preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
