Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our buying agency as a Junior Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Merchandiser in the day-to-day operations of order processing, production, and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring the purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products from suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers and other parties involved in the sourcing and procurement process.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate tracking of production stages and timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain production and shipping documents, including bills of materials, price quotes, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock levels to ensure consistent product availability.
- Verify the quality control process and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in product development activities, from ideation to concept and launch.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and improve product offerings.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Factory Background
- 3+ years of experience in a merchandising or related role in the têxtile or apparel industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
