**Job Title: Junior Operations Associate**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving, storing, and organizing of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and replenishment orders.

2. Order Fulfillment:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and ship orders promptly.
- Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during fulfilment.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Arrange transportation and shipping logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery status to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Evaluate shipping methods and carriers to optimize costs and delivery times.

4. Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

5. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Address any quality issues or product discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

6. Customer Service Support:

- Assist the customer service team in resolving order-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports equipment and gear is a plus.
