Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Ensure job postings accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.

Handling mass/bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web resources, Campus Hiring.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

Assist with performance management procedures.

Organize different activities/events for employee engagement and a balanced, motivated work environment.
