**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the real estate process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide detailed information about properties, services, and transaction processes.
- Assist clients with property viewings, provide guidance on property options, and support them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Ensure that all client interactions are positive and productive.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Use insights to enhance client service strategies and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client needs are met and that information is accurately communicated. Support the sales process by preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 2-5 years in a client-facing role within the real estate industry is preferred. Experience in guest relations, customer service, or sales support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex real estate information cle
