We are looking for a highly professional and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team. Job Summary: The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients at our venue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client and their guests have a memorable and smooth experience, from their first inquiry through to the event day. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage client inquiries, venue tours, and consultations. Act as the main point of contact for couples and their families during the planning process. Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met. Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Assist with pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups. Maintain records of client interactions and details using the venue’s CRM system. Stay informed about wedding trends and best practices in guest services. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or guest relations is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office. A strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
