**Role Overview**: Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Kolkata. This is an on-site, client-facing role with a strong focus on B2B Sales in the power solutions space.

**Key Responsibilities**

Identify prospects and generate leads

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

Develop and manage key accounts

Handle end-to-end sales cycle: meeting clients, generating enquiries, and closing orders

Manage tender-based enquiries and negotiations

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven B2B Sales experience (preferably in power solutions, electrical systems, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of account and sales management
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Self-driven with the ability to build strong business relationships
- Hands-on experience with tender handling
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
