A Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls and handling inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments, or provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales or service targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Outbound/Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to introduce products/services, offer promotions, or follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer queries, resolve complaints, or provide information.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone to build rapport with customers.

**2. Lead Generation & Sales Support**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling or database follow-ups.
- Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.

**3. Customer Engagement**:

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to persuade customers.
- Provide post-sale support (e.g., order tracking, issue resolution) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell/cross-sell products/services where applicable.

**4. Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow scripts but adapt conversations naturally based on customer responses.

**5. Data Management & Reporting**:

- Update call logs, customer interactions, and status reports regularly.
- Share insights from customer feedback with the marketing/sales team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
