**JOB OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Office Administration**: Assist in maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets, systems, and databases.
- **Support to Departments**: Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and manage office supplies; coordinate reordering.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
- **Documentation**: Prepare simple reports, memos, and invoices under guidance.
- **Assistance with Meetings**: Schedule appointments and assist in setting up meetings.
- **General Office Upkeep**: Ensure the workspace is tidy and organized.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Successfully completed **PUC (Pre-University Course)**:

- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and willingness to learn new tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication in English and/or local language.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A positive attitude, willingness to work in a team, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
