Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will perform daily tasks such as managing correspondence, handling clerical duties, providing administrative assistance, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Occasionally, they will communicate with clients and team members to facilitate seamless operations and provide effective support to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently manage records, files, and office operations
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling meetings and managing agendas
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, ensuring professional interaction and effective correspondence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with office software tools and technologies is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration is a plus
