JOB ROLE:

- **Good computer knowledge in MS Office**
- **Must speak Hindi/ English/ /Bengali fluently**
- **Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.**
- **Provide information about product and services.Take orders, calculate charges and process billing or payment.**
- **Review or make changes to customer requirement**
- **Handle product returns or complaint**
- **Record details of customer contacts and generate reference through customer contact**
- **Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp, SMS, Birthday & Anniversary greetings, should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services**
- **Handle social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Google review etc**

LOCATION -**CAMAC STREET**

SALARY - 14,000/ 16,000/
- **OFFICE TIME - 11 AM - 8 PM**
