As a Fresher Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills while assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting: Assess customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions or escalate complex problems to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to confidently answer customer questions, demonstrate product features, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and tracking shipments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
