**Role Definition**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide L1 support to global users.
- Classification of reported incidents, taking approvals, assigning to L2/L3 support, follow up with the team until closure
- Identify and communicate the problem areas based on the incoming incidents
- Addressing questions or queries promptly and politely
- Be a good communicator and good listener within the team.
- Quick Learner - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
