Position: Impact Officer

Location : Hardoi

Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Responsibilities 1. CSR Initiatives: o Develop and implement CSR projects aligned with organizational goals and community needs. o Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs, to ensure effective project execution. o Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes. 2. MIS Preparation and Documentation: o Prepare comprehensive MIS reports to track the progress of CSR projects. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all projects, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials. 3. Monitoring and Evaluation: o Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for CSR projects. o Conduct regular field visits to assess project performance and impact. o Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations for project improvements. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: o Engage with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure project support.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
