Roles & Responsibilities:
- **Good Communication in English (Written and Verbal)Job Summary: The Documentation Incharge will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Hardoi. This role demands a professional with experience in waste management and expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). The Impact Officer will be responsible for managing and reporting on CSR projects, preparing MIS, and ensuring proper documentation. Responsibilities o Develop and implement CSR projects aligned with organizational goals and community needs. o Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs, to ensure effective project execution. o Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes. o Prepare comprehensive MIS reports to track the progress of CSR projects. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all projects, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials. o Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for CSR projects. o Conduct regular field visits to assess project performance and impact. o Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations for project improvements. o Engage with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure project support. o Organize and participate in community meetings and events to promote project awareness and participation.Qualifications ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. ? 0 to 3 years of experience in waste management, with a focus on CSR and IDM projects. For Fresher it’s mandatory to complete any internship in Social Sector. ? Proficiency in MIS preparation, documentation, and MEL methodologies. ? Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Must have excellence in Technical writing. Additional Requirements: ? Willingnessto travel within the Hardoi region as required. ? Strong commitment to environmental sustainability and community development. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
