**Job description**
- B.Com graduate.
- Excellent Tally knowledge.
- Excellent communication - English, Kannada & Hindi skills (fluent in spoken).
- System admin activities (MS Office / Google Docs).
- Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, attention to detail.
- Organised, with proven ability to work autonomously and under tight time constraints.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance planning, efficiency and accuracy.
- Must have a sense of ownership and responsibility, and the ability to deliver within given deadlines.
- Well developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills, team player collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹174,000.00 - ₹198,000.00 per year
