**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **hands-on AI Creative Producer** to transform prompts into high-quality image and video assets using cutting-edge generative AI tools. You’ll format creatives for platform-specific ad specs, maintain our visual brand identity, and collaborate closely with marketing to produce content that drives results.

This role is perfect for a tech-savvy creative who can merge artistic direction with AI capabilities to deliver engaging, brand-safe, and high-performance creatives at scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Production with AI Tools** - Generate high-quality images and videos using tools such as **Midjourney**, **RunwayML**, **Pika**, and **Stability AI**.
- **Prompt Crafting & Refinement** - Turn creative briefs into effective prompts and iterate to achieve the desired visual output.
- **Formatting for Ad Specs** - Adapt and optimize creatives for specific platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, etc.).
- **Brand Style Consistency** - Maintain a consistent visual identity across all AI-generated content.
- **Editing & Enhancement** - Use Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to polish AI-generated assets.
- **Collaboration** - Work with marketing and copy teams to ensure creative concepts align with campaign goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- Strong experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, Pika, Stability AI).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and/or Figma for creative refinement.
- Understanding of platform-specific creative specs for ads and social media.
- Ability to maintain brand visual consistency while experimenting with creative concepts.

**Preferred**:

- Background in performance marketing or social media creative production.
- Experience with short-form video editing and animation.
- Familiarity with AI upscaling and enhancement tools.
