**Government Exam Trainer (TNPSC + SSC + Banking + Railways) - Learn Monks**

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Offline)

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Compensation**: 30% of gross revenue from enrolled students or Fixed Salary based on experience level.

Learn Monks is a growing coaching institute focused on helping students prepare for government exams. We are looking for an experienced trainer to lead classes for TNPSC, SSC, Banking, and Railway exams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured online and offline training sessions covering TNPSC, SSC, Banking, and Railway exam syllabi.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, and General Awareness.
- Cover Tamil Nadu General Knowledge and Tamil Language Paper for TNPSC exams.
- Guide students on Banking Awareness and Financial General Knowledge for Banking exams.
- Create and provide study materials, practice tests, and mock exams.
- Offer exam strategies, shortcuts, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and suggest improvements.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum three years of experience in coaching for TNPSC, SSC, Banking, or Railway exams.
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Studies.
- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu General Knowledge and Tamil Language Paper (for TNPSC).
- Ability to teach Banking Awareness and Financial General Knowledge.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Prior experience in coaching institutes or as a freelance trainer preferred.
