Currently, Naandi focuses on four major verticals - safe drinking water, academic support to underprivileged school-going girls, upskilling for unemployed youth and working with small farmers to provide end-to-end support on regenerative agriculture.

The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of new-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years, empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India’s most popular skilling program in the next decade.

**Minimum Eligibility Requirement**

**Education Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a master trainer or curriculum development capacity.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively across India.
- Design and develop comprehensive and engaging training modules, lesson plans, and curriculum for various skilling programs.
- Research and integrate the latest pedagogical techniques and industry best practices.
- Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions to equip our team of trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge. Directly lead and facilitate training sessions for a diverse range of learners.
- Continuously evaluate and refine our teaching methods to ensure the highest quality of content delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to trainers and project teams.
- Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
