Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments

Monitor student progress and provide individual support when needed

Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies

Assist in curriculum development and content creation

Conduct workshops, assessments, and certification exams

Provide technical mentoring to students or interns

Collaborate with the academic and placement team for student success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or relevant field

Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role

Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Web Development, SQL, Networking, Data Structures, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
