Job Title: Marketing Executive - School Shoes Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell our Hardrock Footgear school shoes. The role involves daily visits to schools, meeting school authorities, and building strong relationships to generate bulk orders and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- School Visits: Visit schools daily to present and promote our school shoe range.
- Sales & Business Development: Approach school management, principals, and purchase heads to secure bulk orders.
- Brand Promotion: Educate schools about the benefits, quality, and affordability of our school shoes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools for repeat business.
- Market Research: Identify potential schools, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing and order terms to finalize sales.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of visits, leads, sales conversions, and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in sales/marketing (preferably in school-related products, footwear, or FMCG).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Mobility: Willing to travel daily to schools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
