**Job Description: Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions or products.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Experience in IT sales and field sales is essential.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
