Minimum 1 year International Chat (Dual Concurrency) experience (Voice experience is not considered )

12th Pass & Above

Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Salary**:

- 12-17 Months Exp: ₹3,85,000 PA
- 18-23 Months Exp: ₹4,10,000 PA
- 24+ Months Exp: ₹4,33,000 PA

Interview Flow:
HR Round ➡ Ops Round ➡ Written Versant (58/80) ➡ Chat Assessment

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via live chat professionally & promptly
- Provide accurate product/service info to help customers decide
- Maintain records in CRM system
- Achieve targets on response time & customer satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,361.54 - ₹34,171.52 per month
