**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, on-ground).
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on branding and communication strategies.

**Sales**:

- Support lead generation through online and offline channels.
- Maintain customer databases and help build strong client relationships.
- Work with the sales team to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.

**Operations**:

- Help coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and team activities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on marketing and sales activities.
- Support in streamlining internal processes to enhance team efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM tools, social platforms).
- Self-motivated, organized, and a good team player.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
