**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (Night Shift)**

**Location**: Remote/Office-Based
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our team. This position is perfect for fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing and social media. You will work on developing and executing creative social media strategies to build our brand presence and engage with our target audience effectively. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each social media platform
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely manner, maintaining a positive brand image
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Creative thinking with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for content
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Willingness to work in the night shift
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask
