Roles and Responsibilities:
*Prepare and Drive Quality Assurance Road map from warehouse up to the final customer

*Internal and External Benchmarking of for all Product categories for ensuring the quality consistency

*Develop and oversee training programs to educate and improve skills of hub teams.

*Check and monitor adherence to the quality play book
- Managing inward, grading & Inventory functions at warehouse

*Identify source of quality issues and find solutions.

*Get nutrition and residue tests from TUV, Eurofins or similar agencies to build better understanding of product and have checks and balances.

*Communicate with company farms, farming partners and vendors on quality gaps and plan on achieving desired quality.
- Ensure practices to increase shelf life of F&V - Determine & maintain quality standard
- Ensure the Compliances as required: FSSAI, PFA, Weights and Measures (Legal Metrology) etc., as applicable.
- Tools usage for optimizing the losses/defects generated and Customer complaints etc.
- Liaison with the key stake holders in Operations/Procurement/Last mile /Middle mile/Marketing/Pricing/Operational Excellence teams etc.
- Degree in food science technology with 3-5 years’ experience in Fruits & Vegetables division
- In-depth knowledge of quality management of F&V
- Problem solver with good team handling experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Willingness & commitment to go extra mile to build quality culture in the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
