**Job Summary**: The Design Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the execution of design projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Design Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for design-related matters, communicating with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Additionally, they maintain accurate documentation, assist in resource allocation, manage workflow, coordinate with external vendors, manage project budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in quality control processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:
○ Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of design projects.

○ Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to specifications.
- **Communication**:
○ Serve as the central point of contact for design-related matters, both internally and externally.

○ Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- **Documentation**:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to design projects, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

○ Archive project files and assets for future reference.
- **Resource Allocation**:
○ Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support design projects.

○ Ensure effective utilization of resources and resolve any constraints or conflicts promptly.
- **Workflow Management**:
○ Support the design team in managing their workflow and priorities.

○ Organize meetings, schedule reviews, and track progress to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- **Vendor Management**:
○ Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in design projects.

○ Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee the execution of work performed by third parties.
- **Budget Management**:
○ Assist in the management of project budgets by tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.

○ Prepare budget forecasts, reports, and analyses as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
○ Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment of design efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
○ Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness within the design team.
- **Quality Control**:
○ Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing design deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.

○ Coordinate feedback and revisions to ensure final deliverables meet the desired quality level.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, project management, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a design or creative environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with budget management and vendor coordination is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
