As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will drive our sales efforts by engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and generating leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Provide feedback on telemarketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of telemarketing or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient with CRM software.
- Motivated and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
