Job Title: Tele caller Executive (preferably females )

**Job Type**: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.

Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales or tele calling is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and objections.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
