- Strong expertise in various Job portals and hiring for Insurance companies
- Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
