**Should have experience in complete recruitment cycle.**

Should have minimum 1 - 4 Years of prior experience in sales hiring/ Bulk Hiring in BFSI Industry, Banca, agency Insurance sales hiring, engineering recruitment, pharma recruitment, ecommerce recruitment, manufacturing etc.

Ability to work independently as well as a Team Member.

Good Communication and strong Negotiation skills.

**Experience: 1-4 yrs**

**Salary: 1-2 yrs: 9450 - 9900 in hand + mobile bill reimbursement for every month + incentives**

**2-3 yrs: 10800+ mobile bill reimbursement for every month + incentives**

**3 - 4 yrs : 11700 - 13050 in hand+ mobile bill reimbursement for every**

**month + incentives and hike for every year**

**4 - 5 yrs: 12600 - 15300 in hand+ mobile bill reimbursement for every month + incentives and hike for every year after the interviews only**

Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Holidays: All Sunday's, Second and fourth Saturday.
