**Non-IT Recruiter - Job Description**

**Position Title**: Non-IT Recruiter

**Experience Level**: [Intermediate/Experienced]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Process**: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, etc.
- **Job Advertisements**: Draft and post compelling job descriptions on relevant job boards.
- **Client Collaboration**: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and organizational goals.
- **Recruitment Strategies**: Develop innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
