**ONLY FEMALE having min 4 years in NON IT Hiring for Mumbai and other locations from Jr to Mid level assignments managing decidately**

**Timings **-10 am or 10.15 am to 5pm with 30 mins lunch break

**Days - **MON to SAT - 2ND AND 4TH SAT OFF (ADJUST IF WORK LOAD OR MORE THAN 1 CASUAL LEAVE TAKEN).10-11 IMPT NATIONAL HOLIDAYS WILL BE GIVEN

**Responsibilities**:
**1) **Handling end to end recruitment cycle for NON IT like Sales/ Admin & EA/ Accounts/ Finance/ Event Execution/ Operations/ Digital Marketing/ Back Office/ Customer care/ MIS/ Sales Coordinator AS WELL MECHANICAL/ CIVIL/ ELECTRICAL kind of ASSIGNMENTS

**2) Sourcing CVs & job posting: Various platforms like free job sites, linkedIn and other sources like Indeed & Apna job portals besides Naukri.**

**3) Excellent in Telephonic screening - cALL, GOOGLEMEET OR ZOOM ROUND AS REQUIRED**

5) Internal coordination with the Director and basic GOOGLE SHEET tracker or client tracker if any needs to maintain

6) **This permanently WFH**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
