Sales Assistant

**Job Description: Sales Executive**

Location**:Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri**
Experience Required**:1-3 years**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, **Field Sales, B2B Sales**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field sales to promote and sell building materials to contractors, builders, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction and civil industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in revenue.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to highlight product benefits and features.
- Collaborate with the internal team to address customer queries and deliver solutions promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building materials.
- Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in **B2B Sales**:

- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with a passion for field sales.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences in Krishnagiri.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in **B2B Sales**
