**_Job Responsibilities: _**
- To prepare, review and update SOP, Specification, Method of analysis, report and protocol.
- To review IQ, OQ, PQ of new instrument.
- To review the documents such as inprocess, intermediate, cleaning validation, water reports as per cGMP.
- To attend the trouble shooting of QC instruments and to co-ordinate with the authorized supplier for support if any.
- To check the training program are conducted as per training schedule.
- To maintain, execute and update calibration and validation schedule of all QC instrument.
- To ensure the cGLP practices are followed in QC department.
- Handling change control related documentation in QC department.
- Monitoring the procedures related to Laboratory management is followed as per SOP.
- Involved in investigations like Deviation, OOS, OOT etc.
- Ensuring completion of investigations with documentation within the specified timeframe.
- Ensuring that the CAPA implementation and effectiveness review in QC department.
- In absence of employee deputy person handle the above responsibility.
